1. Open the Shortcuts app on this iPhone and tap +.
2. Tap Add Action, search Open App, tap it, then tap App and pick the app.
3. Tap the name at the top, call it exactly Open …, and tap Done.

Then tap the tile here and the app opens (the Shortcuts app flashes up first: that's the iPhone).
