Invoices

How your invoices are numbered, when they're due, and your bank details. Account customers (real estates, strata) use the days on their own customer card instead.

Job statuses

Every job gets Booked in when it's booked and Job in progress when you tap Start job. Complete and Cancelled are always there too. Add your own in between (like "Waiting on parts"), each with a colour for the calendar. Black locks the job: nothing on it can change until its status is changed.

Xero

Coming soon: a "Connect to Xero" button. You'll log in to your own Xero, and approved invoices will go straight into it. We'll pick the right accounts for you.

Staff

Coming soon: invite your office staff and technicians, each with their own login. Office staff see everything; technicians only see the jobs given to them.

Bottom bar

Drag the pages into the order you want, using the ⠿ handle. The top four sit on the bar at the bottom of your phone; everything else is under More. Your own setting, on this phone. On a computer, the side menu follows the same order.

Location sharing

Your own setting, on this phone. When it's on, the owner and admins can see where you are on the Map.

• Only while Keyzo is open on this phone (phones don't let web apps share in the background).
• Only in working hours (Settings › Schedule), and it stops by itself at the end of the day.
• Only your latest spot is kept, no history. Switching off removes it straight away.
